Refund policy

All products are guaranteed with a 1-year shelf life and are subject to your approval. If you are dissatisfied with Copy That Imigining products, for any reason, you may return the complete products together with a copy of the invoice to Copy That Imigining, postage prepaid, for an even exchange on any item, within 1 year of the invoice date. All returns made within a 30-day period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be 30% of the “Amount Due” on the invoice. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted and full amount will be due, per the terms stated on the invoice.
